ABOUT KEKKABECCA
Rebecca Parke has always loved attending the symphony in the park with her children. Her young daughters and their friends would stretch out on a blanket under the stars, eagerly listening to their mother’s stories that magically followed the music. Whispering to the children, she wove stories in and out of the music, keeping their attention late into the night. Then, as the orchestra packed up their instruments and folded up their scores, Rebecca packed up sleepy little Emily and Lisa, and folded up the blankets for the next symphony in the park.

Eventually, she compiled and recorded some of the children’s favorites. She hopes other children also enjoy them.
​
She now lives in Dallas, Texas.
